Jetway opens 50 swap warranty centers

New Delhi: Jetway announced the opening of its 50 service centers across India to address the issues of replacement and warranty.

Through this initiative, customers will get immediate swap warranty for all Jetway motherboards purchased after Jan 1, 2009. For the first two months swap warranty will be given on three key selling models I31GM3, I31GM4 and M26GT4-F and after two months the warranty will be given on models sold after Jan 1, 2009.

Jetway will provide three years warranty for all Jetway motherboards, VGA cards and ITX products sold after Jan 1, 2009.

Virender Singh, Country Manager, Jetway Information said, “No matter from whichever city the customer purchased Jetway products they can go to any service center and claim the swap warranty. We are committed to giving best warranty support to our customers. In the 50 service center setup, Jetway have invested more than Rs 50 lakh, including online service management and buffer stocks at all locations. In the coming months Jetway will invest more in India to enable 50 additional service locations for swap warranty.”

“All service centers will enable our distributors and channel partners to focus more on sales and long- term relationship. Swap warranty would further enhance Jetway customers' confidence and send a clear message that Jetway is taking a very strategic long-term position in Indian market,” he added.

Speaking on the occasion, Vishal Sopory, Executive Director, Global Infonet Distribution said, “We feel that this is a great step towards making the product and service available to the masses. We also got an opportunity to look into the back-end software created for this set up. It is a well thought and executed engine. It definitely will take the channel by surprise. This step from Jetway will definitely put their products on top of the mind recall for all the channel partners.”

Jetway products are available in India through Global Infonet Distribution. There are nearly 3,000 channel partners including VARs and resellers selling Jetway products across various geographies in India.

The Jetway service centers are operational in Delhi and Kolkata. In next 20 days everyday Jetway will open two service centers in the following cities-Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Cochin, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Patiala, Ambala, Karnal, Gurgaon, Jammu, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ajmer, Lucknow, Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Dehradun, Agra, Kanpur, Varanasi, Allahabad, Patna, Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Siliguri, Guwahati, Raipur, Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Bhubhneshwer, Vizag, Coimbatore, Kottayam, Nagpur, Pune, Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Agartala.
