The program will help IBM pull more sales representative to sell its
products

According to Vivek Malhotra, Director - Sales and Channels,
Lenovo (India), channel partners usually have a practice of incentivizing their
sales representatives for the work they do. This program works like an added
motivation for the sales reps and hence channel partners have also welcomed the
idea. "The program also helps us pull more sales representatives to sell
our products in the market," said Vivek.

The program is open only to sales representatives of
registered business partners. "Sales representatives have to get themselves
registered on the www.thinkwarrior.com website with the support of their
organization to become eligible for the program. Every registered representative
will then receive a Think Warrior ID which will enable him to operate his
account," said Vivek.

Partner representatives can use the Think Warrior ID to
browse and enjoy access to all the sections on the Think Warrior website, to
submit claims, to know the status of submitted claims and also to redeem points.
Post registration, the Think Warrior will receive a starter kit which has
details of the program for better understanding.

At the end of the quarter, the sales representative can buy
the products of their choice with the points earned. The program also ensures
flexibility to business partners so that they can carry the points forward every
quarter. As a part of this program Lenovo India has tied up with Fab Mall to
facilitate the back-office operations of this entire program.

"The Think Warrior scheme has been designed to offer
monetary incentives as a predominant feature of the program. The reward points
differ depending on the nature and profile of the products sold," Vivek
said.

Apart from the rewards, the Think Warrior program is also positioned as an
interactive forum where business partners can share market learnings,
information and achievement in the channel network. "With this program
Lenovo India aims to help and enable the business partners with improved sales
impetus, new business strategies and market success," added Vivek.
