Lenovo's first dual-core notebook-N100

Lenovo unveiled its first Lenovo-branded dual-core notebook
computer, a widescreen system designed for home users and small business
customers.

The N100 incorporates a 4-in-1 multi-card reader for
downloading digital pictures from multiple types of memory cards, four USB
ports, 1394 and S-Video ports.

Weighing 2.54 kg, the N100 comes in 14.1-inch and 15.4-inch
widescreen models for viewing 20 percent more data space in spreadsheet
applications or watching DVDs in the optimized format. It is available with an
Intel Core Duo or Solo processor that efficiently runs multiple programs
simultaneously.

The N100 also offers connectivity features such as integrated
802.11 a/b/g wireless LAN and 10/100 ethernet on all models, and Bluetooth on
select models. It is available at Rs 49,700.
