Nidhi Sehgal started href="http://dqchannels.ciol.com/content/reselleralert/111030810.asp">Klassic
Computechs with her husband Aashish in
the year 1998. It has been a 12-year-long journey with wonderful
experiences for her. Sehgal admits that when she ventured into the IT
business, she was a greenhorn without having any technical
background. Today, she is responsible for institutional sales and
customer support business, wherein retail business is handled by
Aashish. “I have learnt everything during my line of operation and
kept myself abreast with the latest upgradations too. However, ups
and downs in business have made me much stronger and confident to
handle critical situations,” says Nidhi Sehgal, CEO, Klassic
Computechs.

BACKGROUND: size="3">Sehgal
did her schooling from Apeejay, Faridabad and graduated in English
Literature from the Jamia Millia University.

BACKGROUND: size="3">
She is married to Aashish Sehgal, a B.Tech and also a key strength of
her life. Following her mother steps, Sehgal is a mother of
12-year-old daughter Dhaarna, and feels, “Life is lived when we
live for others.” Her father is a self- ade man and taught her to
be a fighter.

size="3">STRENGTH:
My
strength lies in my positive approach towards life. If something goes
wrong, I believe in facing it and sorting it out. Talking about her
strengths she says, “I am a person who believes that life is
beautiful; life is good, life is thrilling; life is exciting but for
sure life is not a bed of roses but the right attitude can see us
through.”She has been optimistic throughout her career. She always
believes in putting an honest effort into her work and does not miss
a chance to learn something new, even from her subordinates. On
dealing with men at work, she comments, “I always work with ease
and confidence in this so called male-dominated society. We just have
to drop this male/ female attitude at work to be professional.”

size="3">WEAKNESS:
She
finds
its hard to cope up with people who are lazy and not serious
about their work.

size="3">HOBBIES face="Times New Roman, serif">:
Traveling is the biggest passion of her life. And she also shares her
traveling experience with her listeners as Sehgal hosts a radio
travel show 'Suhana Safar' on Radio Manav Rachna at 107.8 FM.

size="3">ACHIEVEMENTS face="Times New Roman, serif">:
Sehgal has received the Faridabad Small Industries Association (FSIA)
Award for the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year-2011.
