Lumension Security appoints Gateway- NINtec as sub-disty for India

Lumension Security announced that it has appointed Gateway NINtec, provider
of specialist IT Security Solutions, as its sub-distributor in India. As part of
the partnership, Gateway NINtec will facilitate Lumension's Sanctuary range of
products in end-point security, viz. Device and Application Control solutions.

Speaking about the partnership, Shamshad Ahmed, Regional Director, India and
SAARC, Lumension Security said," We have outlined plans to enhance our
channel network in the country. We were keen to partner with a firm that brings
solid domain knowledge to the partnership coupled with an all India reach. In
Gateway NINtec we have found the right partner. Given their established
capability in end point security products, sound understandings of Lumension,
national reach and highest standards in customer support, we are confident of
substantially increasing our market share and presence."

Sharing his thoughts Deepak Parmar, VP - Product Division, Gateway NINtec

confident of making great strides with their best of breed Sanctuary range of
end point security solutions in the Indian market."

"Our growing nationwide network of resellers and strong technical
support infrastructure will help Lumension Security get strong inroads even into

and we expect Lumension to contribute 20 percent of our business by next year.
By March 2009, we see this figure growing to 35 percent. In effect, we will
further strengthen our position as leaders in endpoint security", he added.
