Manglasoft Solutions signs up disti agreement with Zenith

Panipat-based Manglasoft Solutions has recently signed an agreement with
Zenith Computers for the distribution of latest range of Zenith laptops and
desktops.

Manglasoft will be distributing Zenith products in the Karnal GT belt region
that includes Yamuna Nagar, Karnal, Sonipat and Panchkula. Zenith has launched a
new range of laptops and desktops with LCD/TFT monitors in the 19 to 20-inch
category, which are targeted at the customers looking for cheaper products, as
there is a difference of 15 to 40 percent in the prices of desktops and laptops
respectively.

Talking about the new agreement, Mukesh Agarwal, Director, Manglasoft
Solutions said, "We are excited about the new agreement with Zenith
Computers and hope that it would earn us a good margin. The new products are
cheaper than other brands by 15 percent in the desktop and a difference of 40
percent in the laptop prices."

Speaking about the hold of Zenith Computers in the market space, Agarwal
said, "Few years ago, Zenith Computers was doing good business but it lost
the grip in the market for sometime. Now the company is gearing up to get hold
of its lost market position. It is coming up with new range of computers and
laptops and is working in full swing to promote the products in the market
pan-India."

He informed that Zenith has launched these products across the country and is
aggressively promoting the products through advertisements in the media.
"Zenith is also planning to launch new LCD and TFT monitors in all ranges
shortly. As per the demand for these products, it would also be announcing
schemes to boost the product sales," added Agarwal.

Manglasoft Solutions was started in 2000 at Bishan Sarup Colony, Panipat,
with a focus on creating customized software for customers in various verticals
initially, but considering the stumpy scope of the software market, it
diversified into the distribution business just after few months of starting the
operations. "We had set-up this firm with the purpose of creating software
solutions for the customers and that is why, we named it Manglasoft Solutions
but later, we found that there is no business in this segment hence shifted our
focus from software to distribution."

Today, the company deals in monitors, optical devices, printers, cabinets,
CPUs, PCs of leading brands like LG, WeP, Canon, Intel, Seagate, Hi-Tech,
Zenith, Wipro.
