Microsoft Dynamics CRM to arrive in Jan

finally announced the date for the availability of Microsoft Dynamics
CRM for India region. The company has launched its beta version, and
the final roll-out is expected to be in late January, 2011. The
software giant has collaborated the innovation to address the
customer needs with multiple functionalities that include customer
care, marketing tools, e-mail module and extended CRM applications.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is already available in more than 80 countries
with over 40 languages, and has close to 1.5 million users.

Speaking to style="font-weight: normal;">The
DQ Channels
, Subhomoy Sengupta, Group Director, Microsoft
Dynamics India said that, user adoption is a challenge. "It is
being managed by Microsoft and have 99.99 percent uptime SLA as well
as successful implementation and have huge advantage," he said.
This new version can be integrated with Outlook, and can be connected
to social networking sites such as Linkedin and Twitter. "Microsoft
Dynamics CRM is also available in browser version, and customers can
view sales, performance and growth. Customer record, notes, comments,
meeting schedules can be maintained and managed. In addition, there
is no need to create multiple dashboards," said Sengupta. One of the
unique features of the

Dynamics CRM include, the SMS gateway integration that can
be customized, and search with multiple keywords. This platform can
also generate customized reports and leads for business development
can be categorized for business facilitation.
