Orient Technologies, which defended its title as the Most Comprehensive
Solution Provider in the recently-held DQ Channels Excellence Awards in Bangkok,
observed that despite the growth, bottomline was not growing proportionately. It
is then that they went out there and got bottomline oriented business. The
adoption to newer technologies began gradually and the company started adding
skill sets in the server and security businesses as well.

Today it is regarded as the leading solution provider, offering solutions
around information access, infrastructure management, virtualization, datacenter
production, managed services, IT solutions (including file reporting, back-up
search and recovery, migration and archival) software and information management
and annual maintenance contract (AMC). Orient has recently started automotive
managed services and has plans to take it to the international level. The
company saw its topline scale from Rs 100.3 crore in FY 2007-08 to Rs 103.5
crore in FY 2008-09.

Orient Technologies has offices in Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad under its belt
for the Western region; Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad in the South; Delhi and
Gurgaon for the North and; Kolkata for the East. They are currently associated
with 21 MNCs for the upgradation of technology and to understand the need of the
