being a relatively small systems in tegration organization few years ago-with
footprints only in Bangalore-to establishing itself as a Rs 100 crore plus
company with operations all across south India, Frontier Business Systems has
sure come a long way. And DQCI Excellence Awards only further recognizes
Frontier's outstanding achievements.

Along with Delhi-based PC Solutions, Frontier wins the runners-up award in
the 'Most Successful Solution Provider' category. While there were many
other SI outfits vying for this prestigious title, Frontier's uniqueness in
terms of its highly focused business coupled with a strong rebound in growth in
past three years, got it ahead of the lot.

Company emerged among the top three favorites of the jury panel on all the
parameters that were specially set for this category. Its revenue size
complemented with a healthy 20% CAGR over last three years added lot of weight
to its selection for the award. While not having branches across the country,
Frontier also scored some brownie points for having a strong support and service
network in the southern region.

In
terms of capability too, company's impressive line-up of projects implemented
by it last year got the jury voting in its favor. Couple of these projects
involved deployments of a large number of PCs, servers as well complex
enterprise SAN solutions. The company also boasts of over 125 certified
engineers across southern region. While its service revenues are not too high
currently, the organization has skills in place to offer complex services like
infrastructure audits, storage consolidation, business continuity planning,
disaster recovery and information lifecycle management.

Its high loyalty to IBM business was also greatly appreciated by the panel as
well as the fact that the organization has added close to 200 customers over
last two years with over 90% retention rate.
