NetApp rolls out solutions for service providers

NetApp unveiled new design guides and capabilities geared specifically for
service providers that will help them deliver greater value to their cloud
customers. The new NetApp solutions will help service providers differentiate
their cloud services, and accelerate their services' time to market.The new
solutions include, data protection as a service (DpaaS), NetApp service-oriented
infrastructure (SOI), backup/recovery as a service (BraaS) and NetApp open
management.

Service providers can also take advantage of the recently announced Cisco,
NetApp, and VMware Secure Multi-tenancy Design Architecture. This validated
design architecture isolates IT resources for enhanced security in shared
virtual and enterprise cloud environments. The end-to-end design architecture
helps customers to develop internal and external cloud services that isolate
different clients, business units, departments, or security zones for enhanced
security across the computing, networking, storage.
