Newgen bags order in Vietnam

Newgen Software Technologies has secured a landmark deal with TienPhong Bank
in Vietnam. The order marks Newgen's entry into Vietnam, further strengthening
its leadership position in Southeast Asia.

TienPhong Bank is one of the new banks to start operations in Vietnam. The
bank has recently received its establishment and operation permit from the State
Bank of Vietnam. The bank is complimented with diverse products and services
portfolio and aims to grow by creating a modern bank in operations and
structures right from its inception.

The bank chose Newgen solution, consisting of OmniDocs and OmniScan, to
automate its branches and provide better customer service leading to enhanced
productivity and faster decision making.

Speaking on the occasion Diwakar Nigam, MD, Newgen Software said, "We
