As enterprises shift their focus from testing artificial intelligence to deploying it across business operations, the DXC AI Customer Experience Centre in Bengaluru reflects how enterprise technology providers are creating dedicated environments to speed up that transition. The new facility strengthens DXC Technology India's expansion while giving customers, partners, and engineering teams a shared space to develop, validate, and scale AI-powered solutions for real-world business challenges.
A Space Built Around AI Collaboration
Located in one of Bengaluru's major technology corridors, the new 200,000-square-foot centre is one of DXC Technology's largest global delivery hubs. The facility combines Customer Experience Zones, Fluid Collaboration Hubs, Ideation Studios, Co-Creation Labs, and Partner Experience Zones, creating an environment where enterprises can collaborate directly with DXC teams to accelerate AI adoption and innovation. The company says the centre is designed to help organisations move beyond isolated AI experiments and focus on measurable business outcomes.
According to Ramnath Venkataraman, President, Consulting & Engineering Services at DXC Technology, the centre brings together engineering talent, customers, and partners in a collaborative setting where AI-powered solutions can be co-created, engineered, and scaled to address complex enterprise requirements.
From AI Concepts to Enterprise Deployment
The facility highlights DXC's strategy of supporting enterprises throughout the AI lifecycle. Instead of focusing only on proof-of-concept projects, the centre allows organisations to identify high-value AI use cases, rapidly prototype solutions, and integrate AI into existing enterprise systems. The site showcases DXC's expertise across AI, consulting, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and network transformation, with an emphasis on running AI alongside core business applications and IT operations.
A major highlight is the central AI Hub, supported by a Cyber Range facility in Bengaluru, Forensics Labs, Security Operations Centre, and Network Operations Centre. Together, these capabilities provide an end-to-end environment where customers can design, test, deploy, monitor, and optimise AI solutions within a single integrated ecosystem.
