The eClerx Investor Day offered a look at how the company plans to turn AI capabilities into a broader business growth engine. Held in Mumbai earlier this month, the event brought together eClerx leadership to discuss strategy, market opportunities and the changing role of AI in enterprise operations.
The company highlighted 13 consecutive quarters of sequential growth while pointing to a new phase where AI is expected to play a bigger role in productivity, agility and client value.
eClerx AI strategy moves toward operationalised AI
At the centre of the eClerx AI strategy are four areas: AI-led operations, client transformation, solution-embedded products and employee enablement. The company also demonstrated agentic capabilities within its proprietary technologies and how they are being applied across workflows.
This signals a shift in how AI is being positioned. Rather than treating AI as a standalone capability, eClerx is embedding it into operations, products and client transformation work.
Proprietary platforms give Enterprise AI transformation a practical layer
The company also showcased platforms including ComplianceManager, M360, FinOps and Roboworx CogniFlows. These tools are being used to bring AI into existing workflows and create new ways of delivering business impact.
The focus extends beyond technology development. eClerx highlighted investments in training, upskilling and capability leadership, along with partnerships across data, technology and frontier AI.
For enterprise customers, that combination matters because Enterprise AI transformation depends on more than deploying models. It also requires workflows, people and technology capabilities that can support AI in day-to-day operations.
Growth remains another part of the picture. eClerx identified cross-selling, adjacent verticals and new micro-verticals as opportunities across its core markets.
Financial services, digital marketing, and media and telecom remain key industry areas, with leadership pointing to further headroom across these segments.
