Panache Infotech on an expansion spree

Mumbai: Mumbai-based Panache Infotech is all set to enhance its focus on the entire range of products offered by the company. Panache has revamped its retail and marketing strategy in a bid to penetrate further and will set up branches in other states including Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat and Maharashtra.

Talking about the plans, Amit Rambhia, Director, Panache Infotech shared, “We will be enhancing our focus on the Mini PC (1.7 inch) range of products. Apart from this, we have a range of products for point of sale. The point of sale products will be placed at retail outlets and we will be targeting large format retailers (LFRs) that have big distribution networks for our products.”

Rambhia further elaborated that Mini PC segment and thin clients will be yet another focus area for Panache. The company plans to target the second hand PC market and has already installed thin clients for BFSI customers including SBI across India and several urban banks and retail stores. “Several companies, organizations and end consumers who look at buying a second hand PC for their projects, will be our target customers for Mini PC range of products. We will provide them with a Rs 10,000 PC. This will also give our channel partners an opportunity to earn revenues and increase their bottomlines. We have appointed as many as 87 ASPs (Authorized Service Partners) and are looking at appointing a further 100 ASPs by the end of fiscal 2009,” elucidated Rambhia.

Panache also plans to strengthen its distribution network and will further set up branches in states including Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat and Maharashtra. Panache will be revamping its retail strategy to make it more solution oriented.“We have a vast variety of products and can help our clients save a lot of cost by providing them customized solutions and value additions. We have already tied-up with several small format retailers who can offer customized solutions to their clients.”
