Commenting on the matter, Saket Kapur, General Secretary, PCAIT stated that
the website is the best and fastest medium of interaction with a large base of
members, and it also helps in bringing them together.

While circulating the message to its members, PCAIT has informed that they
can upload details of complaints pertaining only to those cases that are filed
in the court or have been decreed in the complainant's favor. It is therefore
obligatory to give suite number, date and brief details in the absence of which
the complaint will be deleted from the site.

The platform is open to all the channel partners across the country and it is
not limited only to the members of PCAIT. One can also search the site about the
number of dealers who are facing payment default issues or the partners on whom
there are maximum number of cases pending.
