Progressive is ISO 27001 certified

which have been assessed and certified as ISO 27001 (Information Security
Management System). This comprehen­sive specifi­cation defines requirements
for esta­blishing, implemen­ting, and documenting an effective information
security management sys­tem. This also makes the company among the few who have
achieved Integrated Quality Management Services encompassing three quality
standards-ISO 9001:2000, BS15000-1 (now ISO 20000-1:2005) and ISO 27001:2005.

Progressive received this coveted certification following a strict audit by a
leading international standards, testing and certification organization, which
recommended the same after it successfully concluded audit of Progressive's IT
Service Excellence Manual.
