New Delhi: Promise Technology an expansion of local support capabilities for customers and resellers in India through a services agreement with MasterSys Tech of Chennai.

Customers in the storage market will be assured of rapid support for pre and post-sales queries, provided by well-trained and Promise certified engineers. They can also now rely on fast turnaround for advance replacement parts from hubs within India.
