PTC appoints BAeHAL as a value added reseller

The Product Development Company or PTC, announced the appointment of BAeHAL
Software as a value added reseller (VAR) for Windchill 9.0, its content and
process management software and Arbortext, a dynamic publishing software. Under
the alliance, BAeHAL will resell Windchill 9.0 and also offer the complete suit
of Arbortext content management software.

Commenting on the agreement, Rafiq Somani, Country Manager, PTC (India) said,
"BAeHAL brings with it significant domain knowledge and vertical
specialization which would broaden our footprint across the region, and help
grow our business in the aerospace and defense verticals. This partnership will
help PTC reach out to and serve our customers in the industry better."

According to Dr Subramanian, CEO, BAeHAL "This agreement will leverage
BAeHAL's knowledge of the Indian aerospace and defense industry and our deepen
relationships with organizations in this sector, as well as PTC's established
product development system, that is used by many of the aerospace and defense
companies today. PTC and BAeHAL will thus be able to provide effective,
scaleable, product development technologies and methodologies that meet the
current and future demands of the Indian aerospace and defense community."
