QuantM Net Technologies : All For Customers

QuantM Net Technologies has maintained its position in the Silver Club for
the second consecutive year and aims to increase revenue in services in the
coming fiscal. It continues to focus on the data center business.

Until now QuantM was focusing on consolidation and virtualization of data
center. It is now striding towards becoming an organization which concentrates
on value addition.

In an alternate structure, it has divided its manpower into teams that focus
on a particular solution like virtualization to provide a comfort level to the
customers.

Understanding client requirements QuantM has now engaged with them even
before they enunciate their requirements, promising to provide complete
assistance in selecting the technology as per their requirement and budget.
QuantM has implemented enterprise level CRM within the company. It has also
developed an employee portal and a customer portal. It invested in in-house
technology, process, and skilled manpower as also in making its presence felt in
various geographical locations. Post the merging of Oracle and Sun Microsystems,
QuantM tied up with Sun Microsystems as it already has a strong base of Oracle
customers. This was done to further provide services that have solutions of both
the giants.
