Redington (India) has introduced new schemes for its partners. The scheme
directed at structured cabling products and solutions is designed to maximize
reach and sales for Tyco Electronics structured cabling brand, AMP Netconnect.
According to Anand Chakravarthy, VP, Redington, "We have provided two
slabs for our channel partners who sell the Tyco Electronics' brand through
Redington from Nov 1 to Dec 31 2007. Partners, who achieve Rs 40 lakh of
business would be in the first slot and entitled to enjoy a trip for four nights
and five days in Switzerland. Partners who achieve a target of Rs 20 lakh would
be entitled to a three night and four day trip to Bali Islands."
Anand further added, "The decision has been taken to provide incentives
for the partners and reward partners for their performance. Judging by the
response so far, we hope to do very well. Redington would continue to do such
things regularly."
Speaking about the targets set for partners, Anand said that it was a bid to
improve the competitiveness among players. "The target has been kept to
increase the enthusiasm of the partners, so that more of them would be able to
participate and win. While maximizing our business, we also hope to increase the
number of partners in our network," Anand informed.
"Every one who achieves their target is entitled to travel," said
Anand while adding, "We hope to make this a memorable new year for
partners."
