Cartridge World refills printer cartridges and is proud to admit this. It is
now establishing franchisee outlets all over the country to educate customers
that refilling is not a bad word.

This Australia-based company entered India a year ago; and has got outlets in
Mumbai, Kolkata, Ranchi, Varanasi and other cities. It proposes to have 250
franchisee outlets in India by 2010, while worldwide it is present in 45
countries through 1,500 outlets.

In India, Cartridge World is present through AFL, the logistics company. This
is because the AFL business is also based on the franchisee model as is its own.
Also this association will enable them to send stocks to their franchisees
overnight, which is crucial given that the company has over 3,000 stock keeping
units (SKU) of toner, ink, paper and other printer related peripherals.
