Seclore sets up advisory board

Mumbai :
Mumbai-based Seclore has set up an advisory council to advise the company for
its overall development. The company has roped in six experts from different
fields and confirmed their participation in the advisory board last week.

Vishal Gupta, CEO,
Seclore said, "The advisory board will guide the company in business, strategy,
branding, etc. The most important concern is contacts of the advisory board
members, which will help us to grow smoothly. I believe that an advisory board
will definitely initiate our potential for growth. It's just an effort to bring
governance structure in to the company."

The advisory board
includes, Animesh Parihaar, Global Head, SAP GDC, who will guide for SAP
networks and Ashwani Singla, CEO, Genesis BM who will assist the company in
creating Seclore brand in the market.

"CN Ram, Entrepreneur
and former IT Head, HDFC, will guide us regarding the technology, marketing and
communication, which will help us keep the consistency of growth that we are
maintaining since three years,"said Gupta.

Haigreve Khaitan,
Managing Partner, Khaitan and Co, Ken Wolinsky, Group CIO, Avery Dennison,
Nirmal Jain, Member of TRIITON, are the other experts who confirmed their
participation in the advisory board.
