Shro Systems joins exclusive clubs of Intel, Ingram and HP

Pune-based Shro Systems has joined the select club of Intel Premier Providers (IPP). It has also become an Ingram TOPS value partner and a
HP Mobile Moghul. IPPs are preferred vendors of Intel technology-based solutions. Says Shro Systems' Director, Anirudh Shrotriya, "This gives
us the advantage of becoming a multi-city presence without investing in human resource."

Intel has 14 IPPs across the country. Shro has been selected for catering to the needs of Pune region and rest of
Maharashtra. Aniridh says that becoming an IPP had helped the company tremendously in increasing its reach. 

It has also become an Ingram Technology Optimized Productivity Solutions (TOPS) valued partner. TOPS has two
segments--employee purchase program and customer purchase program. In the first program, the employees of
organizations will be offered the latest solutions and products. In the second, customers of various organizations such as banks, airlines and
the like will be offered a buyback and replacement offer. 

Under the HP Mobile Moghul program, the focus is on the notebooks business. According to Anirudh, the aim is to sell
technology solutions, notebooks and accessories to corporate, educational institutions and small business
segment. 

He adds that the company has studied its business model carefully and  had decided to focus on certain niche areas for
growth. These niche areas include developing aviation software, delivering as an IPP and TOPS
member and HP Mobile Moghul. The focus is now on the corporate sector even as the group has set up a retail showroom in Pune offering a
walk-through experience for customers.

The Shro group has touched Rs 6 crore in revenues this year and hopes to cross the Rs 10 crore turnover mark next year.
Shro Systems deals with products and services related to computer systems, hardware,
networking, annual maintenance contracts, software, consumables, peripherals, stationery and computer training. Shro Informatics develops aviation software.
