Simmtronics sets up offices in Nagpur and Indore

New Delhi: Simmtronics Semiconductors is expanding its footprint across India by setting up sales and service support offices in Nagpur and Indore, taking the total tally to 14. The company plans to have 20 offices across the country by September end this year and the next four locations for new offices have been identified as Ludhiana, Bhubaneswar, Raipur and Ranchi.

According to Vinit Shangle, National Sales Manager, Simmtronics Semiconductors, “The tier-2 and 3 class cities in India hold immense business potential, primarily owing to the rapid adoption of technology and the penetration of Internet.

We foresee a significant increase in the demand for all our products from these geographical regions. As such, we intend to come closer to our direct billing partners (DBP) and customers so that we are able to support them when it comes to sales and service, respectively.”

While Simmtronics' Indore office will cater to the entire MP region, its Nagpur office will cater to Vidharbha and Chattisgarh areas as well. The Nagpur office is Simmtronics' third office in Maharashtra, and has the support office in the city limits and godown located outside the city limits to save on octroi.

“We will be appointing DBPs for these two cities reporting to their respective network offices,” he added.

On the service front, Simmtronics has announced walk-in warranties which means that customers simply need to connect to the closest network office and the applicable warranties shall be honored.
