Solix Technologies, a leading provider of Information Life­cycle Management (ILM)
solutions, announced that Wipro Technologies, the global IT Services Division of
Wipro Ltd has joined the Solix Global Reseller Network. Wipro will be
responsible for reselling the Solix ARCHIVEjinni active archiving solution to
enterprises worldwide.

The partnership between Solix and Wipro will offer customers the power,
efficiency and ease of Solix's active archiving solution with Wipro's
industry leading innovation and highly responsive customer service. The Solix
active archiving solution 'ARCHIVEjinni', is unique in the industry - it
uses a single, unified platform that organizes and manages all types of data
including structured (from applications), semi-structured (e-mail), and
unstructured (documents and images). ARCHIVEjinni's unified platform uses a
single metadata repository for all enterprise data, simplifying data searches
and eliminating redundancies. This provides high data quality, improves
application performance and reduces storage costs which are critical as
enterprises strug­gle to manage the large amounts of data they produce.
