On the second day of DQ Channels SP Summit 2013, Kirit Joshi of Sai InfoSystem (SIS) addressed the audience as the first speaker for the day.

Joshi, representing the leading system integration and hardware manufacturing company in India, talked about the company's operations and highlighted its achievements including last year's annual turnover that exceeded Rs 2,000 crore.

Sai Info Systems offers solutions for IT, telecom, data center, surveillance, disaster management, e-health, and enterprise mobility platform. Joshi informed that the company of late bagged Rs. 760 crore project to deploy 6,000 surveillance cameras across Mumbai in 1,500 locations. Furthermore, it also deployed solution for Department of Post, which made it a part of the larger IT modernisation project, India, post 2012.

Joshi further highlighted the company's growth map starting from its inception day to recent times. Following this, the presenter talked about how SIs can chart their road to success and elaborated upon key point to be followed, along with examples. "If we don't catch up it is going to be really difficult and address our internal challenges. Decentralization along with opening up ones vistas are key ingredients for growth of an organization," said Joshi.

Towards the conclusion, Joshi shared his ideas on efficient transition management of an organization.
