Supertron to distribute Xenitis products

Kolkata-based Xenitis Group has signed up Supertron as its exclusive
distributor for its brand of components. The manufacturer of the Aamar PC,
Aamchi PC, and Aapna PC brands had last month announced the setting up of a
component manufacturing facility at Sugandha, Hooghly (West Bengal).

Under the exclusive agreement, Xenitis will supply Supertron at least 1 lakh
pieces each of cabinets, SMPS, keyboards, mouse and speakers every month to
distribute through its channels and national OEMs. Commenting on the
development, VK Bhandari, Chairman, Supertron, said, "We are very much
excited about this tieup. This is an excellent opportunity for us. Since the
domestic IT market is consistently growing, we can address a bigger segment of
this market. And we are sure that the strength and the brand that Xenitis has
created will help us in taking a good market share."

a pleasure to have all our components marketed even before the production
actually started. We have been able to prove our pioneering efforts repeatedly.
This agreement with Supertron is another confident step of Xenitis. We are happy
that this has ensured an additional annual business of around Rs 150 crore for
Xenitis from the component division."
