on retail programs for growth

Currently, the company's end-user business contributes
about 85 percent in the total turnover, while the remaining comes from
reselling. With the increase in retail focus and starting of networking
division, the company wants to generate whole revenue from the end-user market.
"We are moving out of reseller market. Retail has much potential and offers
good margin in business," Rao pointed out.

On the networking front, SV Electronics wants to build a
complete portfolio of solutions through industry leading brands such as Krone,
AMP, Avaya and D-Link, to name a few. "We have just started and solutions
is a new area for us. Over the years, we want to grow as a leading solution
provider in the market. From networking, we want to expand into other segments
also," he informed.

Talking about its own brand of computers, Rao said,
"Though, savvy PCs have been in the market for quite sometime now, we could
not capture any market share because of the fierce competition from MNC brands.
But, now, we are evaluating the options of importing PCs and other IT products
from Malaysia and China, and selling it here."

This year, the company would close the book with a turnover of Rs 41 crore.
