Symbiosis Computer opens retail outlet in Ajmer

Observing the potential of retail stores for drawing customers, Ajmer-based
Symbiosis Computer Visions has opened a new retail store in the town for
laptops, computers, printers, accessories and other IT products. The brands
available in the retail outlets are Acer, Lenovo, HP and Compaq.

"The presence of retail outlets in Ajmer are still very less and it
needs to be explored. This retail store would help them in getting a better feel
of the product before they make their decision to buy. Besides, it will also
give them varied choices," shared Shalabh Kumar Aggarwal, MD, Symbiois
Computer Visions.

The company has invested Rs 20 lakh for the retail store and this is the
second outlet for Symbiosis Computer Visions. It plans to open more in future so
that the IT requirements of the customers in small towns are met in the same
manner as compared to metros.

Aggarwal also added that since the retail boom is big across the market and
small towns like Ajmer cannot be left behind. This he felt is a good sign for
the IT industry as it marks the increasing level of usage of technology in small
towns as well.

The inauguration ceremony was marked by the presence of dealers of Ajmer and
Jaipur along with members of Rajasthan Computers Traders Association and
distributors like Rashi Peripherals and Neoteric.
