Targus expands solution portfolio

Targus Technologies, a system integrator and office automation solution
provider, announced that it is diversifying its solution portfolio to offer
network integration as a service.

Leveraging on its extensive experience in the system integration domain,
Targus Technologies has now moved one step up the evolution ladder with this
initiative. The company is setting up a network integration division at Gurgaon
and has acquired a 4,500 sq ft office facility for the same. It has plans to
increase the existing staff strength of the network integration division from
three to 50 by the end of the financial year.

BALWINDER SINGH: To offer network integration as a service

According to Col Balwinder Singh, Director, Targus, “Network integration
and related solutions will be the prime focus for us in the years to come for we
realize the immense potential that can be tapped. Having fared well in the IT
products and system integration business over the years, it is logical for us to
diversify into high-end computing solutions business now. This will also help us
ramp up the current turnover from Rs 65 crore to Rs 100 crore by the end of
current fiscal.”

For the network integration initiative, Targus Technologies has lined up many
leading IT vendors as its partners.
