Theft of 4.5 lakh cash from Life Computers

Varanasi based Life Computers was recently robbed off Rs 4.5 lakhs in cash
from its retail outlet located in the heart of the town, Kabir Nagar. The
incident happened on the night of December 24th. Udit Kumar, proprietor of Life
Computers was the first person that noticed the missing cash.

According to Kumar he filed a report with the police but has not got the much
needed support from the authorities. He indicated that he was evaluating ways to
track the culprits on his own. "The police gave a poor response and no
enquiry has been done so far. We are now claiming for insurance and would soon
get the compensation," informed Kumar. He further informed that he suspects
the involvement of one of his own employee and is keeping a close watch to track
the person.

"The thief was only interested in the cash as nothing else has been
touched. This indicates that he very well knew about the money present in the
store that night. I am keeping a close watch on all my employees and would be
able to comment on the name once it is thoroughly proved," shared Kumar.
