A stupendous growth in FY11 resulted
primarily because of significant focus on the upcountry regions. The
company attributed its healthy increase in revenue to its additional
product lines and its strong penetration in class-D cities, where
Savex managed to fan its wings to about 450 towns in order to cater
to consumer's demands. Savex Computers is a national distributor
(ND) for its computer peripherals partners that include HP, Samsung,
Acer, Microsoft, and Logitech. Apart from this, Savex is also an
exclusive distributor of mobile handsets for Samsung Mobile, in the
states of Rajasthan, Kerala, and the city of Bengaluru.

Furthermore, capitalizing on its notion
to address the growing business volume in networking market across
the nation, including the B, C and D category cities, the company
recently signed a deal with Networking as its ND in Q2 of FY11. Savex
signed the HP Networking deal after witnessing its success in
distribution of the vendor's server and storage products. In line
with its business growth strategies for FY11, Savex has opened a new
branch office at Puducherry, besides having an existing number of 43
branch offices across the country. It has also more than 14
representative offices across India. Besides expanding its footprint
nationally, the company also incorporated a subsidiary company in
Singapore under the name of Savex Singapore in Q1 of FY11. This
subsidiary office predominantly focuses on the exporting of goods
directly to companies located in SEZs and EPZs in India.
