Established in
1989, Visesh Infotecnics (VIL), an ERP software products company
expanded its working in 3 verticals-IT solutions, product support,
enterprise software and IT enabled services. VIL has carved a niche
for itself in the IT industry and increased its business by acquiring
some major domestic projects such as Postive Comsol, eRoads
Technology, and Axis convergence. Although its core line of SI
business contributed 90% to the revenue, but due to virtualization
and stiff competition in the market, profits came down.

VIL has a history
of achieving ISO-standard excellence. The company was granted ISO
9001:2008 certification in 2010 for design, development and
maintenance of application software, system integration and supply of
smart card. It was recently awarded a contract by Andhra Pradesh
Transport Department to supply 64K smart card. Moreover, it also
bagged 'Aadhar' which is Government of India's nationwide
Unique Identification project which showed its testimony of its
strong domain expertise within range of its services.
