TopNotch to launch PRO-series in India

Chennai: Chennai-based TopNotch Infotronix plans to launch a new set of
products called PRO-series under the banner of Zebronics by this year-end.
Initially, the brand will include premium computer chaises and premium power
supply equipments, later more products would get added to the portfolio. "The
consumer segment is changing, and if any high-end product is offered, customers
are willing to purchase it," claimed Rajesh Doshi, Director-Purchase and
Marketing, TopNotch Infotronix. The price of these products is higher than the
existing ones in the market. "Though the price is going to be high, it would
be delivered at a much lower cost in India, without compromising on the quality,"
he indicated.

Initially, four models each of computer chaises and power supply equipments
would be launched, while two more products are in the pipeline. Zebronics
already has its own brand of chaises and power supply products. Rejecting the
possibility of the competition that PRO-series might put before Zebronics
products, Doshi said, “PRO-series would be a product by Zebronics and it will
not pose a threat. Customers are looking for high-quality products, so this
initiative is a bid to help customers.” He further added, "There is
competition but not in this category. So placing the product won't be tough."

TopNotch would give its channel schemes and offers designed around the new
product range. The company has added two more models of MP3 and personal media
players to its existing portfolio
