Transcend unveils 4GB memory kits in India

New Delhi: Transcend Information Inc has introduced its 4GB aXeRam DDR3-1800 memory upgrade kits in India. The kit is especially designed for gamers using DRAM chips.

We are confident that our customers will appreciate the performance that Transcend's 4GB aXeRam DDR3-1800 memory can deliver while maintaining solid system stability."

The kit's two identically matched 240-pin unbuffered 2GB DDR3 1,800MHz DIMMs are paired for use in dual-channel configuration, which together provide memory bandwidth of up to 28.8Gbps. To ensure stability and signal integrity at high clock speeds, all aXeRam modules use eight-layer PCBs that fully comply with JEDEC standards.

Its chips are selected and manufactured using small Fine-Pitch Ball Grid Array (FBGA) packages to assure better thermal dissipation and electrical efficiency. DDR3-1800 modules also support Intel Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) technology.

The product comes with a three-year warranty. Its 2GB and 4GB kits are priced at Rs 7,600 and Rs 1,4800, respectively.
