New Delhi: Trend Micro announced a new threat management services with a feature called 'network security overwatch.' This security layer is meant to strengthens an organization's existing security infrastructure against data-stealing malware that evades detection. Trend Micro Threat Management Services uncover these threats and provides early warnings, containment and remediation.

It achieves this through three key components: A network anti-malware technology, a signature-less cleanup technology and security experts. The first identifies, analyzes and mitigates corporate-wide threat security issues. The second is effective against known and new malware. The third secures corporate data and offers security expertise for IT departments; services also include 24/7 malware infection monitoring, remediation and security planning.

Moreover, this service consists of a trinity of packages, namely Trend Micro Threat Discovery Services, Trend Micro Threat Remediation Services, Trend Micro Threat Lifecycle Management Services. Trend Micro Threat Discovery Services package includes the Threat Discovery technology. This allows IT to identify, analyze and mitigate corporate-wide threat security issues including undetected infections, risky behaviors and practices, potential malware entry points, and other situations posing vulnerabilities. Also Trend Micro's around-the-clock global threat intelligence is part of the Trend Micro Smart Protection Network infrastructure. This may assist customers to gain significant visibility into a variety of information security risk factors across their network through customized daily and weekly reports.
