TVS-E unveils HD Gold Series dot matrix printers

TVS-Electronics (TVS-E) has introduced HD Gold, a new series of
next-generation dot matrix printers designed for heavy-duty printing. They are
ideal for transaction printing. This includes the printing of invoices, bills,
tickets, financial statements reports, and shipping documents across various
segments including manufacturing, banking insurance and finance companies,
transport and logistics, trading and distribution TVS-E, which currently holds
about 40 percent marketshare in the DMP segment, expects to see a rise of about
3-4 percent in the near future with the launch of this product. It aims to touch
45 percent marketshare by the year-end.

The HD Gold series printers come in two models. The first being the HD 250
Gold, a 9pin 80 column printer and the other is the HD 245 Gold a 9pin 136
column printer. Both models are user-friendly and are packed with a range of new
innovative features following TVS Electronics' effort to understand the needs of
its users.

It further has high copy capability. This feature enables users to take up to
five simultaneous print copies while printing the original document. The models
will be in the price range of Rs 11,000-13,000.
