Tyco appoints Compuage as top disti

With a staggering 40 percent marketshare in FY 2007-2008 for Tyco
Electronics' SCS products, Compuage Infocom has become all India principal
distributor for the Tyco Electronics range of products. Compuage was felicitated
by Tyco Electronics at Annual Distributors' Meet in Goa and awarded as the
'National Distributor of the year 2007 - 2008'. Atul H Mehta, CMD, Compuage and
Jaideep Limaye, Product Manager, Compuage received the award on behalf of
Compuage. While presenting the award, KK Shetty, Director Sales-Tyco Electronics
said, "We congratulate Compuage Infocom for their marvelous performance this
year. It is a fantastic example of teamwork and proves that success reaches new
heights when two teams synergize."

Mehta also added that it marks a new landmark and journey for them. "While
getting here was not easy, it is going to be even more difficult retaining this
position. But, Team Compuage is capable and we are confident that we will be
able to retain our leading position and with an even higher marketshare," he
averred.

Last year, Compuage was awarded the 'Best distribution Company-Asia Pacific'
by Creative. With a distribution network that spans far and wide across the
