Umax launches 16GB flash pen drive

Umax has launched its first 16GB flash-based pen drive called the Umax APUS
210. The products continues to support the features it had in the lower capacity
drives with 4GB and 8GB. What makes this 16GB drive unique is its amazing
transfer speed of up to 480MB/sec. The device has a high-speed USB 2.0
interface. The average read performance for this drive is at around 8MB/sec and
the average write performance is at around 6MB/sec.

Like all other pen drive, the Umax APUS 210 is powered from the USB
interface. The product has a dimension of 23x70x11mm and weighs only 20 gms. The
company also has plans to launch an exclusive edition of this product range.
