Syndrome Technologies has a plethora of solutions offered its brand name. Unified communications is one of it and the company has done some quality implementations for the same. As per syndrome, under the UC umbrella, the most impacting technologies were Video and web conferencing, Internal helpdesk/ contact center and Mobility - UC clients which can be deployed on any platform (windows, Mac, iOS & Android etc.,) and enables end user to IM/Chat, Voice call and video conferencing, whether they are within the office network or outside the office network. This is fuelled by the consumerization of IT and by people bringing tools into the workplace that come from the private arena, like tablets and smartphones, which is paving the way for BYOD culture in the Indian corporate world.

For Syndrome Technologies, they have had contribution from manufacturing, engineering and IT/BPO and all these organizations fall in the mid-market segment, which has been most significant contributor to its overall business as well.
Looking at region wise contribution, west dominates by 82% for the system integrator followed by south at 12% and north at 6%. The company is yet to close deals in the eastern region of the country.
