Veritas to organize Vision 2004 on October 1

Veritas is going to organize Vision 2004 on October 1, 2004 at Mumbai, with an aim to make utility computing a reality. Customers and partners can get a hands-on experience on the products they plan to purchase. 

The one-day seminar will have 17 sessions revolving around the subject of utility computing. Senior executives from the software vendor will talk on database management, enterprise applications, business continuity and disaster recovery. 

The importance of data for any corporate entity will also be highlighted during the event. There will be talks on data migration, consolidation and compliance. The sessions will be wrapped up with a chat on the emerging technologies, which will discuss trends and technologies for IT departments, with an emphasis on how Veritas products are advancing in IT.
