Visesh merges BPO divison with US-based Cyberworks

Visesh Infotecnics Ltd (India) and Cyberworks Software Inc (USA) have
announced the merger of their Business Process Outsourcing Divisions. A high-end
IT contract consulting services company catering to the specialized needs of
several Fortune 1000 companies in America, Cyberworks Software Inc (CSI)
headquartered in Cleveland USA, announced that the two companies have agreed to
work together through a new joint venture - Cyberworks Visesh LLC - to be owned
50% each by Cyberworks and Visesh.

This new entity, combines the ISO certified infrastructure and management of
Delhi-based, Visesh Infotecnics with the resources of Cyberworks Software Inc.
Vivek Burhanpurkar, a pioneer in the areas of artificial intelligence and
robotics and founder of Cyberworks Inc said, "The resulting merger provides
our clients a combination of reduced costs, world class quality assurance
systems and advanced infrastructure. Visesh provided us with a technology-savvy
partner with unmatched technical delivery skills and the stability of a mature
IT organization that, like us dates back to the 1980s".

As part of the agreement, Cyberworks shall immediately transfer its ongoing
BPO campaigns to the new JV and continue to market its services to its existing
and new clients, while Visesh would provide all outsourced services to such
clients from its BPO units at India. Visesh would commence delivery initially
from its Gurgaon unit by November, 2005.
