We continue to develop our competencies and partnerships when it comes to
PLCs. With the M&As increasing in the software industry, we see this market just
ready for outsourcing. There was a conscious decision to acquire Aliquo
Solutions Limited of UK, a niche IT consulting firm focused on IT
transformation. This will help position us in the high growth European market as
well as in Australia and hence establishing a global footprint. It will also
help us establish CSS at the CXO level for their IT transformation needs and
developing new portfolio for the RIM market. Now, not only can Global CIOs rely
on CSS to optimize their IT operations but can also trust CSS with their
strategic IT transformation initiatives.

Are there any other partnerships in the pipeline?

We are constantly looking for partners and alliances to add into our service
portfolio. In addition to our existing partnerships with Microsoft, IBM and
Amazon Web Services, we are also considering a number of players on the cloud
front, for example, data center providers who are offering both traditional colo
and cloud services such as Go Grid and Terremark. We are in discussion with
Rightscale around their cloud management platform and Eucalyptus for their
private cloud offerings.

We also already have agreements in place with RIM and DeviceAnywhere on the
mobility front, and we are excited about our relationship with Virtual Bridges
to bring a virtual desktop offering to the market.
