Wipro wins V&D award

Wipro Technologies, the Global IT services business of Wipro Limited, has
announced that it has bagged the Voice&Data Top Telecom Software Company
Award as per V&D 100 2006 Survey. The awards were presented last week by P
Balaji, President, Telecom Equipment Manufacturers Association (TEMA) at a
glittering ceremony in New Delhi.

V&D100 is a comprehensive annual survey conducted by Voice&Data, a
leading communication magazine of the Indian telecom services and equipment
industries. It also covers a very wide range of segments and it is perhaps the
single source of such diverse information available.
