New Delhi: In a bid to drive cost effective document solutions like
content management, imaging, document outsourcing and work flow automation,
Xerox India is planning to expand its solution provider base. To provide a wider
reach to its solutions and target banking, finance and insurance verticals, the
vendor is looking forward to appointing 15 more solution providers this year in
regions like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad.
Sharing its channel strategies for the year ahead, Rakesh Khazanchi,
Associate Director, Xerox India shared, 'Today, more than box products we are
promoting solutions that can help our customers improve their cost efficiency.
This year our main objective is to provide value solutions like content
management and document outsourcing to key verticals.'
Khazanchi mentioned that as the companies in these sectors are expanding
across the country, including the B and C-class cities, the main objective would
be to provide them solutions through which they can manage their documents well
and at the same time reduce the cost of management. 'For the companies in
banking or finance sector, document management is not the core competencies and
they would need to outsource it. Xerox fits that requirement as we aim to
provide solutions that enable optimum utilization of resources,' he shared.
