New Update

Xplore, a neutral venture of Neoteric Infomatique and
mEssence Consulting was inaugurated last month at Lamington Road, Mumbai. It is
a retail outlet in the infotech hub that is a platform to showcase products of
various vendors. End-users can visit the place and see and feel products as well
as compare them with products of other brands as well. Xplore has been
conceptualized on the belief of 'Feeling is believing', rather than seeing
is believing.

The lounge will have four digital mini-lounges particularly
targeted for home products, play — that will display gaming software, mobility
lounge-having products for people on the move and work lounge, which will have
gizmos for office and work use. Paras Shah, CEO, Neoteric Infomatique,
emphasized, “Xplore is not a shop. It is a place to display products of brands
like Adobe, AMD, Apple, Asus, BenQ, Epson, Hitachi, Iomega, Kodak, Lacie, Lexar,
Logitech, Philips, Samsung, Umax and some other brands as well.”

Shubhendu Nath,
Executive Director, mEssence Consulting & Services, Dipti Shah,
Creator, Xplore and Paras Shah, Conceptualizer, Xplore (from l to r)

He further added that since Xplore is a neutral platform,
products of vendors for the same product would also be displayed if the need
arises. “Even if Neoteric doesn't distribute a particular vendor's
products, we wouldn't refrain from displaying them,” clarified Paras.

As for purchase of products that will be displayed at
Xplore, Shubhendu Nath, mEssence Consulting and Services said, “We would
direct end-users to channel partners. This is in a way therefore beneficial for
them too. That apart, we will offer EMI to end-users too, as it is more
convenient for them.”
