Devialet launches Phantom Ultimate 98 dB in pulse blue

A year after introducing its latest Phantom generation, Devialet is giving the range a new identity with the Devialet Phantom Ultimate 98 dB – Pulse Blue. The exclusive edition combines a new finish with the same compact, high-fidelity audio platform, bringing a more performance-focused look to the speaker.

The launch also connects the product to Formula 1, with Devialet Global Brand Ambassador and Oracle Red Bull Racing driver Isack Hadjar leading the campaign. For Devialet, the idea is to link the visual intensity of the new edition with the performance built into the speaker.

Devialet Phantom Ultimate gets a sharper look

The Devialet Phantom Ultimate Pulse Blue edition revisits the brand’s signature blue with a deeper RAL 5011 finish. Its redesigned side panels move from matte to gloss, while a mirror-polished surface and clear varnish make the colour more responsive to light.

The logo has also been refined, while the Tree Phantom Ultimate 98 dB stand gets a matching finish. The result is a design-led update that changes the speaker’s visual character without changing its core acoustic platform.

Pulse Blue keeps the 98 dB performance

Behind the new finish, the Pulse Blue speaker retains the acoustic capabilities of the Phantom Ultimate range. It delivers frequencies from 18 Hz to 25 kHz and up to 98 dB SPL, while supporting high-resolution files up to 24-bit/192 kHz.

Devialet’s Cospherical Architecture is designed to broaden the acoustic field, while stereo pairing separates left and right channels to create a wider soundstage.

The speaker also uses Devialet’s ADH New-Gen, SAM, HBI and AVL technologies for amplification, driver matching, bass reproduction and volume control.

Software puts more control in the listener’s hands

The speaker runs on Devialet DOS 3 and supports AirPlay, Google Cast, Roon Ready, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, Qobuz Connect and UPnP.

The Devialet app adds Music, Podcast, Cinema and Neutral modes, along with a six-band equaliser, Bass Reducer and Loudness controls.

For India, the Devialet Phantom Ultimate 98 dB – Pulse Blue opens for pre-order on September 23, 2026, through authorised retailers. The speaker is priced at Rs. 2,40,000, while the matching Tree stand costs Rs. 37,999.
