Iris global FY27 Target takes Minitek partnership higher with Rs. 70 crore goal

Iris Global Services and Nashik-based enterprise system integrator Minitek Systems are taking their nearly two-decade relationship into a larger growth phase. After completing business worth over Rs 40 crore in FY 2025-26, the companies are now targeting nearly Rs 70 crore together in the current financial year. The Iris global FY27 Target comes as demand for AI-ready infrastructure and high-performance computing continues to raise the value of enterprise technology projects.

The partnership, which began in 2005-06, has grown around large enterprise, government and institutional deployments. For Iris Global, the relationship also highlights the role of its channel network in executing complex projects across India.

Business Partnership grows alongside IT Distribution demand

Minitek closed FY26 with revenues of Rs 250 crore and is targeting Rs 500 crore in the current financial year. Its customer base spans government, PSUs, enterprises, SMBs, BFSI, education, healthcare and institutional segments.

Minitek Director Sachin Jain said rising technology costs, rather than higher profitability, have been a major factor behind increasing project values. AI adoption is driving demand for GPU-based infrastructure, advanced processors, DDR5 memory and high-performance compute.

At the same time, international supply-chain conditions and higher component costs are adding to project values. Margins, however, remain under pressure because pricing continues to be volatile.

Iris Global Services strengthens partner support

For Minitek, the relationship with Iris Global has gone beyond product distribution. Jain pointed to commercial flexibility, credit support and OEM coordination as important factors in executing larger opportunities.

The companies have worked together on several complex projects, including banking and enterprise deals valued at more than Rs 20 crore and another exceeding Rs 80 crore. Business with Iris Global crossed Rs 40 crore in FY26 and is expected to approach Rs 70 crore during the current fiscal.

This makes the Iris global FY27 Target less about simply increasing a number and more about scaling a partnership that has already supported large project execution.

AI infrastructure reshapes the Revenue Milestone

Iris Global is positioning its Iris 2.0 initiative around AI-ready infrastructure, flexible financing, commercial support and deeper OEM engagement. The distributor's portfolio covers AI infrastructure, compute, servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, telecom and surveillance.

The company's annual revenues exceed Rs 4,200 crore, while its partner ecosystem supports projects across government, healthcare, manufacturing, telecom, BFSI and education.

For Minitek, the opportunity is similarly tied to the growing need for high-performance compute platforms, GPU-enabled servers and intelligent data centre infrastructure.
