The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishes a structured framework for cross-border cooperation covering Silicon Carbide (SiC) power semiconductor products for AI data centre applications, alongside rectifier and MOS-based semiconductor products targeting LTSCT's existing business segments in India and global markets.

A Partnership Built Around AI Infrastructure

The collaboration focuses on two key product areas. The first covers SiC MOSFETs, diodes, modules, and related components designed for AI data center power supplies, server power architecture, uninterruptible power supply systems, and energy-efficient infrastructure.

The second focuses on rectifiers and MOS-based power semiconductor products for applications including energy metering, HVAC systems, solar inverters, BLDC motor drives, and consumer electronics. Together, these areas reflect growing demand for efficient power management across both AI and industrial environments.

Beyond Product Supply

Rather than limiting the relationship to product distribution, the agreement establishes a broader framework covering market development, customer engagement, technical support, engineering samples, reference designs, evaluation kits, and application documentation. The companies also plan to build long-term supply arrangements, product customization initiatives, demand forecasting, and potential joint development projects.

Under the arrangement, LTSCT will provide product roadmaps, technical expertise, engineering support, and regulatory guidance, while Azuremoto Technologies will lead sales, market development, customer engagement, first-line technical support, and joint promotional activities.

Strengthening the India-Taiwan Semiconductor Corridor

The announcement comes as India's semiconductor ecosystem continues to gain momentum. According to the companies, the collaboration aligns with growing policy support for semiconductor manufacturing, fabless design, and cross-border innovation between India and Taiwan.
