In the global advertising landscape, scale is no longer the sole differentiator. The true competitive advantage now lies in operational intelligence, the ability to unify data and automate workflows to act in real-time. To accelerate this transition, Salesforce and InMobi have announced a major expansion of their long-standing collaboration.

The goal is to create a high-integrity, AI-first infrastructure that unites InMobi’s Demand, Supply, and Xchange business units into a single, cohesive ecosystem.

Agentforce: Moving beyond traditional CRM

At the heart of this transformation is the deployment of Agentforce. Unlike traditional automation, these AI agents are designed to handle complex, end-to-end processes autonomously.

  • Agentforce Sales: Streamlines pipeline management and provides intelligent forecasting, allowing sales teams to focus on high-value engagement rather than manual data entry.

  • Agentforce Service: Enhances advertiser and partner support by providing faster, data-driven resolutions and proactive engagement.

A trusted foundation: Data 360 and Slack enterprise grid

To fuel these AI agents, InMobi has unlocked Data 360 across its business units. This creates a "Single Source of Truth," ensuring that AI models are grounded in accurate, real-time data. To facilitate human-agent collaboration at scale, InMobi has upgraded to Slack Enterprise Grid, enabling seamless cross-functional communication across its global offices.

“InMobi is building the next generation of AI-powered advertising solutions for a mobile-first world, and digital excellence is a critical enabler of that ambition,” said Raman Srinivasan, SVP – Digital Transformation & CIO at InMobi. “Our collaboration with Salesforce continues to support us in strengthening the operational backbone required to execute on this vision with speed and precision.”

The inflexion point: Predictive over reactive

The partnership signals a broader shift in the "experience economy." As organisations move from reactive execution to predictive engagement, the infrastructure must be able to anticipate market shifts.

"Advertising is at an inflection point, where advantage will no longer come from scale alone, but from how intelligently and efficiently ecosystems operate," said Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director at Salesforce India. "InMobi’s move to build a truly AI-first, unified platform reflects this shift."

Conclusion

Looking toward the remainder of 2026, the two companies are set to deepen their integration through Tableau and the co-development of agentic AI workflows. By marrying Salesforce’s world-leading AI CRM capabilities with InMobi’s deep adtech domain expertise, the partnership is setting a new benchmark for how global technology leaders build safer, smarter, and more efficient digital ecosystems.
